Enough to give cable a further knock down to 1.5355 where we find buyers lurking.

Broken down, the main movers were food (-0.9% vs +1.3% prior) and other store sales which dropped 3.3% from +5.2% in Dec. Non-specialised stores (+2.7% vs -4.5% prior) and household goods (+0.5% vs -4.5% prior) made the biggest gains

Overall it's soft on the month but on a year on year basis sales are still in a good place
