A report on the BBC cites UK Conservative Anne Marie Morris who said she spoke to Nigel Dodds 30 minutes ago and the DUP hasn't changed its mind.
It's possible to get the deal through without the DUP and Jacob Rees-Moog said he will support it even without them, but it's a tall order. They're going to need help from Labour. If they can get the DUP to abstain that will help -- but I'm not sure it will help the DUP in the bigger picture.
A more-likely path is that some Labour MPs abstain to get it done.
