Unforeseen events have reduced supply say pollsters who ramped up Brent forecasts for the fourth time running. They forecast the Brent average at $58.20 for 2017 and $65.20 in 2018.
We're probably only a few months away now from seeing the recent rise in oil hitting inflation numbers. Then central banks around the world can proudly proclaim that their easing has worked.
