I hate to be the one to burst the bubble but he's more or less right. The agreement lacks key details and though Italy's concurrence is a positive development, it will still depend on how the Germans will react to it when Merkel presents the deal at the table.
No doubt that it's good progress, but can you really trust politicians to provide calmness to markets these days?
