For some context, the IMF has got Italy's 2019 GDP growth forecast pinned at 1.0% (revised lower from 1.1% earlier today). Italy's latest government projections has it at 1.5%. The fact that there is a divergence there presents a conundrum for those reviewing Italy's budget proposal as they sure do look a tad bit unrealistic.
