Budget woes part of the mix dragging down stocks in Italy
Other regional stock indices are having no issues but Italy's MIB is struggling a little as we get the session going. BTPs will be the main area of focus and on Friday 10-year yields traded to near four-year highs, resulting in the spread between Italian and German 10-year bonds widening to near the highs seen in May:
