Italy proposes changes to M&A processes
Italy's leading Democratic Party wants to put forward legislation to make it harder for foreign firms to take over Italian companies. The law wants to increase the requirements of transparency in takeovers and they want it approved by March.
I wonder how Greece will view that one as they still get pressure to sell off the family silver to dig themselves out of a hole.
