Sluggish growth spreads to Italy and this won't be music to the ECB's ears as economic growth in the region continues to stutter as we move towards the end of the year. A flat line in economic growth doesn't bode well in a time when the government is trying to convince the European Commission that Italian growth is able to support a budget deficit of 2.4% next year.
