Repubblica reports
The report reads that the parliamentary budget committee will discuss the budget draft in third reading later today and will pass it on to lawmakers tomorrow, with the final vote expected by Saturday. No sources were cited on the report.
Do note that the deadline for parliament to approve the budget is by the end of the year. In any case, this is very much a done deal already so there isn't going to be a material impact on markets for the time being.
Next year will be more interesting though with Italy's debt situation possibly coming under the microscope once again, as government debt continues to balloon in the wake of a weak economy and the government pushing out its fiscal measures to match election promises.
