Italian trade data released a short while ago 14 July
- total trade balance NSA EUR 4.342bln vs revised 3.603bln prev
- trade balance with EU EUR 1.691bln vs revised 1.05bln prev
Better than previous month but total yy down from 5.032bln in May 2016 and EU down from 1.775bln.
Exports to rest of world rose 13.1% yy but imports jumped 17.5%

EUR pairs seemingly caught between two stools for the moment which is understandable after the recent fun and games.
EURUSD still around 1.1415 EURGBP 0.8805 EURJPY 129.30
