According to Reuters sources
Yesterday, it was said that they will be looking to submit to budget plan on Tuesday. Looks like the ongoing rift among Italian officials may take longer to resolve and that's resulting in further delays here.
Either way, Wednesday is likely the last day they can push back the deadline here as European officials are set to convene for the final EU summit of the year on 13-14 December.
