Italian bonds continue to rally; 10-year yields hit near two-month lows

10-year bond yields are down 21 bps on the day

The rally continues for Italian assets today. 2-year yields are down by over 30 bps to its lowest levels since 19 September. The push lower in yields is helping to produce further gains in stocks as well. FTSE MIB is now up by more than 3% on the day and that's continuing to lift sentiment in the region as well.

As long as the mood here keeps up, it'll help to underpin the euro still in today's trading.
