Iraq has been siding with Iran all this while on the debate as to whether or not OPEC+ members should make up for Iran's shortfall. It is likely that OPEC+ members will only be able to decide on that come 6-7 December when they meet in Vienna and expect Iran and Iraq to be vocal on the issue once again.
