The Iran/US waters remain muddy
Iran's UN envoy is on the wire saying:
- US offers of talks cannot be trusted as long as illegal sanctions remain in place
- nuclear deal in critical condition if steps not taken to preserve it by remaining participants then they must accept full responsibility for any possible consequences
Of course the US has a different view. They want Iran to cease nuclear program, and have issues with shooting down drones (and wrecking havoc with the waterways in the middle east).
