IMF chief Christine Lagarde was speaking to Bloomberg TV earlier
- Suggests year-end goal for Euro-area integration accord
- Germany, France should join to move Euro-area forward
- A Euro-area capital market union is needed in view of Brexit
- German current account surplus remains too high
- It's time for Germany to rebalance with investment (asking for Germany to invest more)
More or less the same stuff as she mentioned earlier here. Not really eye-popping stuff from Lagarde in her interview.
"Euro-area needs to prepare for a rainy day!"
