IMF Lagarde: Greek list is a valid starting point

Letter to Dijsselbloem

In a letter penned to Dijsselbloem, IMF's Lagarde says:

• Greek list of measures not very specific.
• No clear commitments on Greek pension or tax reforms.
• Greece's list is valid starting point

The comments are luke warm at best, but acceptable.
