Overnight new out of the Americas:
- The United States on Friday formally notified Congress that Mexico and Canada have taken the necessary steps to comply with the U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement
- implementation date set for July 1
- Still questions surrounding how the 3 parties will be able to meet the terms of the deal - how will compliance be ensured.
- Canada and Mexico had earlier notified the U.S. they were ready to implement USMCA
