A heads up to watch for Brexit developments on Thursday UK time
Overnight the news that the EU may not proceed with the summit, planned for Sunday, if the final part of the Brexit deal isn't completed by Thursday morning.
Unless there is an agreement ready to be signed off some EU leaders (Merkel, for example) are reported as not planning to attend.
I wonder if the Thursday morning deadline is a deadline or an 'EU deadline' …. i.e. flexible and malleable?
