There is no budget, but Centeno wants one
Mario Centeno is Portugal's Finance Minister and Eurogroup President. Said:
- A future euro area budget would be a complement to monetary policy
- Would also add a new instrument to the eurozone's toolkit
Yeah, doesn't exist, no one knows how big such a budget would be, where it would come from and how any the money would be spent
