The Senate passed it yesterday
The vote was 316 for and 90 against. All of the 90 against were Republicans.
The bill included $15.25 billion in disaster relief and a 3 month suspension of the debt limit.
It was a similar story in the Senate where Democrats voted for it and Republicans were against it. This is arguably Trump's biggest legislative victory and he did it with Democrats, not Republicans.
