The Hong Kong protester demonstrations of turn more chaotic as hundreds smashed doors and walls of Legislative Council building and reportedly smashup interior of the Legislative Council.

The government held a ceremony commemorating the 22nd anniversary of the territory's return to China from Britain. However the people are in no mood to celebrate.

Hong Kong citizens are protesting a bill that would allow extraditions to mainland China.

The protests forced Carrie Lam, current Chief Executive of Hong Kongm, to suspend the bill but demonstrators want a full withdrawal of the bill and for her to resign.
