Not much to look at and gives us nothing but the ball is rolling.
Bear in mind that this Bill may go back and fourth in Parliament before it's actually presented and accepted. If you hear that the Bill hasn't passed, that doesn't mean the UK government is about to collapse, it just probably means that someone wanted a word or phrase added to it. In essence, a Bill is pretty much a notice of intention to do something, that something being May asking Parliament to enact article 50.
