Here is the "MPC hawk-o-meter spectrum" for the Bank of England

RBC have a cheat sheet of where members of the BoE Monetary Policy Committee sit on the hawk to dove spectrum:

• Saunders and McCafferty are established hawks, closely followed by Vlieghe.
• At the other end, Ramsden and Cunliffe seem the most likely doves with Carney showing some dovish leanings in his interview.
