- will proceed jointly with Eurozone over next 6 months to successfully conclude the bailout on the basis of Troika,Greek govt proposals
- next 6 months will be used to agree on appropriate primary fiscal surpluses
- will refrain from unilateral action that would undermine fiscal targets
Well, that's the bulk of the proposals.. Now we have to see whether they hold any sway
Upate:
- bailout extension will allow Greek, IMF, European technical teams to negotiate possiblenew contract for recovery and growth
- bailout extension would be monitored by the Troika
Would that be the same Troika that they have said they don't recognize?
Sounds like Greece are definitely blinking first here
