Well it seems only a fleeting moment when we saw gold come down with a bang to the 1555 low and yesterday with Mr Bernanke’s encouragement the precious one flew back above 1600 into the mid teens.

In the big picture I remain bearish for a test of the support around 1525 and short term only a clear break above 1630 would cause me to look again.
