Germany Ready For Some Concessions On Greece: Press

— Germany And France At Odds Over Third Bailout

FRANKFURT (MNI) – Germany is ready to make some concessions on the
Greek bailout program within its current framework, German daily Bild
Zeitung reported late Sunday, citing government sources.

“Within the agreed timeframe of 2015,” adjustments could be made as
long as this does not create the need for an additional bailout, the
paper said. The report offered no details on possible adjustments.
Germany continues to strictly oppose a third bailout program, the paper
added.

According to a report in Germany’s Sunday paper Die Welt Am
Sonntag, Germany’s opposition to a third bailout for Athens puts it at
odds with France and some Southern European countries, which favor one
should the need arise.

Citing EU sources, the paper said that Finland, Estonia and
Slovakia share Germany’s strict opposition to additional aid for Greece.
