So says the economic ministry in their latest report 10 June 2016
- Germany had decent start to Q2
- external environment remains tough
- after positive start to 2016 German economic growth likely to slow in Q2
- strong influx of refugees is still only having a moderate impact on labour market but will have more of an impact on unemployment in the future
Cautionary tales but nothing really new from the German authorities although the nod to future refugee-led unemployment issues is at least a recognition of the problem.
