More German Preliminary CPI
To go along with the release out of Saxony.
Another piece of German preliminary CPI data coming through:
- German CPI - Brandenburg MoM: 0.4% v 0.0% previously
- German CPI - Brandenburg YoY: 2.2% v 2.2% previously
- German CPI - Hesse MoM: 0.4% v 0.0% previously
- German CPI - Hesse YoY: 1.8% v 2.2% previously
- German CPI - Bavaria MoM: 0.2% v 0.2% previously
- German CPI - Bavaria YoY: 2.2% v 2.4% previously
None are terrible numbers and EUR/USD continues to tick up.
As I said an hour or so ago, with the DXY rolling over technically, this is what's going to have more of an impact on EUR/USD retracing more of the Draghi drop:

I see the DXY just had another lurch down. Let me share my thoughts there.
