The Schatz is yielding -0.007 — the lowest since the first trading day of the year.
Naturally, account holders are emptying savings accounts and looking for safer instruments. The negative German yields will chase investors outside the eurozone or into other asset classes.

There is no good case to be buying euros at the moment and technically it looks weak against nearly anything. There is always the chance of a bounce/squeeze but I expect it would be short-lived.
