The full Greek ESM request letter is out in cyberspace and here it is in its entirety
That's going to be the basis fro the next discussion by the Eurogroup but they'll also want the proposals which the letter promises will be delivered Thursday
I love the line that says;
"Greece is committed to honor its financial obligations to all its creditors in a full and timely manner"
