Reasonably quiet overnight after some nervousness in early Europe. EUR/USD eventually closed yesterday morning’s gap back to 1.3660 and the market is now in holding mode, not quite sure what to do. EUR/JPY was particularly volatile for some time but I think we are seeing the market jump belatedly onto a move which may not eventuate. Gold slipped again and I think we’ve seen an interim top at $1920 and should see a deeper pullback towards $1650ish.
