What is the significance?

1. The lows from 2013 came in at 1.483042 and 1.4811.
2. The 200 hour MA comes in at 1.4831.

The low for the day is 1.48298

If the low is in place, staying above the 1.4829 area is the risk defining level. Staying above is bullish. Moving below, is bearish.
