Finland MP: For lower rates, Greece should restructure

Erkki Tuomioja, a senior member of Finland’s Social Democratic Party (currently in opposition, but likely to be part of next govt) opined Monday “My personal view is that if Greece applies for any additional benefits, it’s time for restructuring their sovereign debt.”
