Fed's Clarida: There's more uncertainty about trade negotiations, global growth prospects

His remarks here just reaffirms that the Fed is almost certainly going to deliver an "insurance cut" of 25 bps this month. If there's ever a time to backtrack on those expectations, he could've done so last week and today here but he hasn't chosen to do so.
