Fed Kaplan speaks at Chamber of Commerce meeting at the top of the hour

Fed's Kaplan will be speaking at the top of the hour at a Chamber of Commerce event in Lubbock Texas. There is no text of the speech comments, but there should be a Q&A session.

Kaplan is the Dallas Fed President. He is considered a centrist and is a voting member in 2017.
