  • Dallas voted to hike
  • Directors cautiously optimistic on effects of tax cuts
  • Regional directors optimistic on outlook

I'm surprised it was Dallas that wanted a hike. Kaplan was more of a dove when he joined. He's been growing more hawkish but not nearly in the same way as a few other Fed Presidents.
