Newly listed homes 4.8% vs 6.7% prior
It seems that prices are still a big issue in the land of snow and syrup. Two-storey single family home prices were the strongest ever at 17.9% y/y.
As you can see from the chart, there some seasonality in the gains at this time of year as the great thaw begins and people can venture out into the world once more.
