EU's Tusk: Sufficient progress at Dec Brexit meetings possible but still a huge challenge

Tusk met with Theresa May today

• We need to see progress from UK within 10 days on all issues, including Ireland

One reason for the strength in the pound is optimism that by boosting the Brexit bill, the UK can get a good free trade agreement.
