Comments by EU foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini at the end of the Iran ministerial meeting in Vienna
Well, the prospects of a positive outcome weren't too optimistic earlier on in the day as mentioned here. And it doesn't look like they have been able to come to any agreement, apart from letting talks drag on further.
Mogherini is not taking any questions at the end of the meeting as well. Never a good sign when that happens.
