European Commission president Juncker speaks in Brussels

Cable moves a little lower to 1.3053 now from 1.3067 earlier, but it looks more to be a broad-based dollar move rather than his comments here. Juncker isn't offering anything new to the current picture so far. He's not directly dousing the fire just yet and that will keep pound buyers hopeful still.
