The EUR/USD broke through resistance at 1.2600 as stops were triggered sending the pair to a high of 1.2615 . Rally should be capped with sellers lurking around 1.2635/40 level . EUR/JPY also firmed to a session high of 98.90 but sellers remain above at 99.00/10 level. EUR/AUD also remains firm on the highs at 1.2313 with longer term target now at 1.2466.
Now hearing strength is coming from speculation ECB’s Draghi’s plan to buy bonds of debt -saddled nations in the region will bolster confidence in the single currency.-BBG
