Stocks in Europe are higher at the start of trading

  • Eurostoxx +0.67%
  • Germany's DAX +0.68%
  • UK's FTSE +0.75%
  • France's CAC 40 +0.52%
  • Italy's FTSE MIB +1.16%
  • Spain's IBEX +1.23%

European stocks are following the cue from US, although the gains aren't as bright as Asian stocks earlier in the day. Sentiment is still fragile, and investors look to be a little cautious as we begin proceedings.

Let's see if this will hold until the end of the day.
