Europe launches sneak attack on UK

A last-minute inclusion of the same bonus caps that the EU intended to put in place for bankers has been broadened to include hedge and private equity funds. London is home to the world’s alternate investment industry and imposition of these rules will do nothing but drive the business offshore. It also won’t help the UK economy which depends greatly on the financial industry.
