The struggle continues ahead of this Sunday's summit. Spain has threatened to veto the agreement if they are not in agreement over Gibraltar and it looks like representatives from the head of states here don't seem to be able to resolve the issue as well.
Time is running out. Tick tock, tick tock. For context, Spain's vote for the draft Brexit agreement for this Sunday's vote is not a vital one as they only need a supermajority vote to pass the deal. However, the EU27 members tend to want unanimity in the decision and Spain's unhappiness will surely be a reason for them to not move forward with it; more of an unspoken rule this one.
