Although EUR/GBP briefly poked its head below 0.8800 overnight, it could not go on with it and has bounced nicely back to 0.8900 which has given us some interesting looking charts today. I am still of the opinion that we head lower to retest 0.8650 with a move all the way to 0.8400 not out of the question, but probably not a factor to worry about tonight.
The hourly chart tells me that while we remain capped at 0.8900 the risk remains for a retest of 0.8650 with the daily chart indicating that this move could see the 0.8400 level i menti0ned above. If you are short EUR/GBP as i hope you are, then leave stops above 0.8930 for now and look to cover on approaches to 0.8650.
