EU to propose network of national bank supervisers under ECB- Bloomberg

• EU to propose ECB have oversight over all euro-area banks
• 2-tier system may cause distortions (ECB supervises large banks, national regulators small)
• EU to propose more ECB accountability on bank supervision

Multiple bank supervisors just muddy the waters. Just leads to finger pointing. All or nothing is my proposal.
