A Bloomberg report says the EU would grant an extension through May 7 irrespective of whether the deal gets through Parliament. The agreement would also require the UK to notify the EU by April 11 on whether the withdrawal agreement is to be accepted. If not, an extension would be granted through year-end and the US would have to hold EU elections.
No decisions have been taken and the talking continues.
