FT's Brussels correspondent reports
The pound is barely reacting on this but this here could be a blow to Theresa May's hopes of returning to home soil with something that will convince parliament to support her Brexit deal. Although it wasn't to say that hopes of her getting any meaningful concession was high anyway, but this basically means that her reason and choice for postponing the vote is moot.
