EU citizens in UK and UK citizens in EU must enjoy same rights based on EU law after Brexit
Methodology of financial settlement has to be established in first phase of talks
EU wants a single financial settlement with UK on budget and the end of UK participation in all EU institutions and funds
Britain must honour its share of all obligations undertaken as a member of the EU
UK's obligations should cover all its liabilities, contingent liabilities, and costs related to moving agencies out of the UK (he's having a laugh isn't he?)
There is no Brexit bill and no punishment
This is not an exit tax
ECJ will have to have jurisdiction to settle disputes
EU will be transparent throughout the Brexit process
- EU should always remain cool headed and solution oriented and put all effort into reaching a deal
- EU is ready to start negotiating as soon as the UK is ready to come to the table
- EU will calculate the UK's budget obligations using verifiable data (they can't even do that with their economic numbers)
