ESM head Klaus Regling says;
"The prompt payment shows Greece is a reliable contract partner. It is a sign that the restructuring of the Greek banking sector is progressing well. We will continue to work with Greece during the remainder of the programme."
Regling skipped his in-tray and put the money straight in his out-tray with a post-it note on it saying "Pay to Greece" ;-)
